CHILD PROTECTION (INTERNATIONAL MEASURES) ACT 2006 - SECT 38

38 Delegation

(1) The Director-General may delegate the Director-General’s powers (other than this power of delegation) to any person.

(2) The NSW Trustee may delegate the NSW Trustee’s powers (other than this power of delegation) to any person.

(3) In this section:
"Director-General’s powers" means the powers the Director-General must or may exercise under this Act.
"NSW Trustee’s powers" means the powers the NSW Trustee may or must exercise under this Act.
