CHILD PROTECTION (INTERNATIONAL MEASURES) ACT 2006 - SECT 37

37 Helping person in relation to foreign measure

(1) An interested person who wants to ask a competent authority of another country to vary or cancel a foreign measure may apply to the Director-General or the NSW Trustee for help in sending the request to the authority.

(2) The Director-General or the NSW Trustee may help the interested person in relation to sending the request.
