CENTENNIAL PARK AND MOORE PARK TRUST ACT 1983 - SECT 14
Director
(1) The Director is responsible for the administration and management of the
Trust lands and any services provided in conjunction therewith.
(2) The
Director is, in the exercise of the Director’s functions under this Act,
subject to the control and direction of the Trust.
