CRIMES (SENTENCING PROCEDURE) ACT 1999 - SECT 7
Home detention
(1) A court that has sentenced an offender to imprisonment for not more than
18 months may make a home detention order directing that the sentence be
served by way of home detention.
(2) This section is subject to the
provisions of Part 6.
