CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 1986 - SECT 80
Prohibition on publication of case conference material
(1) A person must not publish, or permit a person to publish, any
case conference material. : Maximum penalty-- (a) in the case of an
individual--20 penalty units, or
(b) in the case of a body corporate--100
penalty units.
(2) In this section--
"publish" means disseminate or provide public access to one or more persons by
means of the internet, radio, television or other media.
