63 Additional material to be disclosed
(1) The prosecutor must serve or cause to be served on the accused person
copies of material obtained by the prosecutor and not included in the brief of
evidence, if the material is of a kind required to be included in the brief of
evidence.
(2) The prosecutor must serve or cause the material to be served as
soon as practicable after it is obtained by the prosecutor.
