343 Limited implementation of penalty notice provisions
(1) The regulations
may limit the application of the provisions of this Part to offences dealt
with in a specified part or parts of New South Wales for a specified period or
periods.
(2) If a regulation is made under this section, the application of
the Part is limited as specified by the regulation even though the specified
provisions of this Part have commenced.
