Definitions
(1) In this Part--
"penalty notice offence" means an offence prescribed by the regulations under
this Part as a penalty notice offence.
"senior police officer" means-- (a) a Police Area Commander, or
(a1) a Police
District Commander, or
(b) a Duty Officer for a police station, or
(c) any
other police officer of the rank of Inspector or above.
