New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe professional or other costs payable by a prosecutor or accused person in accordance with an order directing that the amount of costs is to be determined under this section are to be determined:
(a) by agreement between the prosecutor and accused person, or
(b) if no such agreement can be reached, in accordance with Division 11 of Part 3.2 of the Legal Profession Act 2004 (with or without modifications prescribed by the regulations).
