Court may waive requirements
247P Court may waive requirements
(1) A court may, by order, waive any of the requirements that apply under this
Division.
(2) The court may make such an order on its own initiative or on
the application of the prosecutor or the defendant.
(3) An order may be made
subject to such conditions (if any) as the court thinks fit.
