(1) The prosecutor is not required to include in a notice under this Division
anything that has already been included in a brief of evidence in relation to
the matter served on the accused person in accordance with this or any other
Act or that has otherwise been provided or disclosed to the accused person.
(2) The accused person is not required to include in a notice under this
Division anything that has already been provided or disclosed to the
prosecutor.
