(1) A statement of a witness that is included in a notice under this Division
may be in the form of questions and answers.
(2) If a notice includes a
statement that is, wholly or in part, in a language other than English, there
must be annexed to it a document purporting to contain a translation of the
statement, or so much of it as is not in the English language, into the
English language.
