"court" means the Supreme Court or District Court.
"pre-trial conference" means a conference held under section 140.
"pre-trial hearing" means a hearing held under section 139.
(2) In this
Division, a reference to the
"accused person" is to be read as including a reference to the Australian
legal practitioner representing the accused person.
