New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA Coastal Authority may delegate the exercise of any function of the Coastal Authority under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to:
(a) an authorised officer, or
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
