COASTAL PROTECTION ACT 1979 - SECT 58
Penalties
58 Penalties
(1) A person guilty of an offence against this Act for which a specific
penalty is not provided shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 100 penalty
units.
(2) A person guilty of an offence against the regulations shall be
liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
