Amendment and repeal of coastal zone management plans
55I Amendment and repeal of coastal zone management plans
(1) A coastal zone management plan may be amended or repealed by a
coastal zone management plan.
(2) A coastal zone management plan can be
repealed only by a coastal zone management plan that replaces it.
