COASTAL PROTECTION ACT 1979 - SECT 55G
Approval of Minister
55G Approval of Minister
(1) After considering any submissions, the council is to submit the draft
coastal zone management plan to the Minister for approval.
(2) The Minister
may approve, or refuse to approve, the draft coastal zone management plan.
