COASTAL PROTECTION ACT 1979 - SECT 55F
Submissions
55F Submissions
(1) During the period of public exhibition of a draft coastal zone management
plan, any person may make a submission in writing to the council with respect
to its provisions.
(2) The council must consider all submissions so made.
(3) The council may amend the draft coastal zone management plan as a result
of the submissions.
