Rights of Minister on appeal
47 Rights of Minister on appeal
(1) In this section,
"appeal" includes objection, reference or review.
(2) Where, under any law, a
right of appeal is exercised by any person with respect to the determination
by a public authority of an application for the grant of any right or consent
to use or occupy any part of the coastal zone or to carry out any development
in the coastal zone in respect of which the concurrence of the Minister is
required by or under this Part, the Minister may appear and be heard on the
hearing of the appeal as if the Minister were a party to the appeal.
