New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe said land shall be held by the said municipality as a park for public recreation, and the council shall have the same powers and duties in regard thereto as it would have if the land had been a public reserve placed by proclamation under the care, control and management of the council under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1919 .
