Application of Division66 Application of Division
This Division applies to any proposal for a
recommendation by the Review Council under section 197 that a serious offender
be given a security classification that would allow the offender to become
eligible for unescorted leave of absence under a local leave permit or
interstate leave permit (a
"low security classification" ).
