64 False or misleading statements
(1) A person must not, in or in connection
with any proceedings under this Division, make any statement that the person
knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
: Maximum penalty--5
penalty units.
(2) This section does not apply to a statement verified by
statutory declaration.
