CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) ACT 1999 - SECT 28
Corresponding interstate law
28 Corresponding interstate law
(1) The Governor may, by order published in
the Gazette, declare that a law of a State other than New South Wales is a
corresponding interstate law for the purposes of this Subdivision.
(2) Such
an order is to be made only if the Governor is satisfied that the law
substantially corresponds with the provisions of this Subdivision.
