Funds payable to certain organisations
268 Funds payable to certain organisations
(1) The Minister may, out of
money provided by Parliament or otherwise legally available, make payments to
such bodies or organisations undertaking the provision of aid and assistance
to offenders, discharged offenders and relatives of offenders as the Minister
may approve.
(2) Any such payments are to be subject to such conditions as
the Minister may impose.
