Governors of correctional centres
233 Governors of correctional centres
(1) The governor of a correctional
centre--
(a) has the care, direction, control and management of the
correctional centre, and
(b) has all other functions conferred or imposed on
the governor by or under this or any other Act or law.
(2) In the exercise of
the functions referred to in subsection (1) (a) and (b), the governor is
subject to the direction and control of the Commissioner.
(3) The governor of
a correctional centre may delegate to any person any of the governor's
functions, other than this power of delegation and other than any function
delegated to the governor by the Commissioner.
