Establishment of Management Committee subcommittees
207 Establishment of Management Committee subcommittees
(1) The Chairperson
of the Management Committee may establish subcommittees of the Management
Committee for the purpose of assisting it in the exercise of its functions.
(2) The procedure for the calling of meetings of a subcommittee and for the
conduct of business at those meetings is to be determined by the Chairperson
of the Management Committee or (subject to any determination of the
Chairperson) by the subcommittee.
