(1) A person must not, during a hearing at a meeting of the Parole Authority--(a) wilfully insult any member of the Parole Authority, or(b) wilfully misbehave during the hearing, or(c) wilfully and without lawful excuse interrupt the hearing, or(d) wilfully and without lawful excuse disobey a direction of the judicial member presiding at the hearing.: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units or imprisonment for 28 days.
(2) The judicial member presiding at the hearing may direct a person who does any such thing to leave the place where the hearing is being conducted.
