Release under parole order
131 Release under parole order
(1) An offender's parole order is sufficient
warrant for any person having custody of the offender to release the offender
in accordance with the terms of the order.
(2) An offender who is released on
parole under this Part is to be released from custody on the day specified in
the relevant parole order in that regard (the
"parole date" ).
(3) An inmate may be released from custody--
(a) at any time
on the parole date, or
(b) if the parole date is a Saturday, Sunday or public
holiday and the offender so requests, at any time during the next day that is
not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
