106U Formal assessment by Director
(1) The Director is to cause regular
assessment reports to be prepared setting out the progress of each offender's
drug treatment and rehabilitation and the offender's compliance with his or
her compulsory drug treatment personal plan.
(2) An assessment report under
this section is to be prepared in consultation with the Chief Executive,
Justice Health and the Drug Court.
(3) The regulations may make provision for
or with respect to assessment reports under this section, including but not
limited to--
(a) the frequency of such reports, and
(b) the procedures that
must be followed with respect to assessment of offenders.
