CITY OF SYDNEY ACT 1988 - SECT 48
Decision by the Planning Committee as to nomination
(1) On receipt of the application, the Planning Committee shall decide which
(if any) of the authorisations the Planning Committee proposes to deal with
under this Division.
(2) The Planning Committee shall notify the applicant as
soon as practicable of its decision.
