CITY OF SYDNEY ACT 1988 - SECT 3
Principal Act
3 Principal Act
(1) The Local Government Act 1993 is referred to in this Act as the Principal
Act.
(2) This Act (Part 4 and Schedule 1 excepted) shall be construed with,
and as if it formed part of, the Principal Act.
(3) In the event of an
inconsistency between this Act and the Principal Act, this Act shall prevail
to the extent of the inconsistency.
