Obstruction etc of person executing warrant
42 Obstruction etc of person executing warrant
A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder a person
executing a search warrant issued under this Part.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty
units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
