New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNothing contained in this Act shall be taken to affect any legal or equitable mortgage or any conveyance or contract made before the commencement of this Act by the Church Trustees of any Church of Christ or entered into by any Church of Christ before becoming registered under this Part (as the case may be) with any person for valuable consideration and bona fide without notice of the trusts affecting the lands and buildings purported to have been mortgaged, conveyed or otherwise become the subject-matter of any contract as aforesaid.
