New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe persons who immediately before the commencement of this Act held office as trustees of any Church of Christ associated with the Churches of Christ under the Churches of Christ Property Management Act 1906 shall be deemed to be duly registered as trustees of such Church of Christ under this Part. Upon furnishing the Registrar with such evidence as he may require of their due appointment as Church Trustees under the said Act the Registrar shall issue to the Church of Christ of which such persons are Church Trustees a certificate in or to the effect of Form 3 in Schedule 5.
