Management Act 1906 , immediately before the commencement of this Act, and all
funds coming into the hands of the Registrar under this Act shall be the
property of the Trust and shall be applied towards the administration of this
Act:
Provided that any such funds that the Trust considers not to be required for
such purposes may be used by the Trust for the benefit of the work or objects
of Churches of Christ in New South Wales in such manner as the Trust decides.
