(1) The Commissioner may, at any time while an interstate control order is
registered under this Part, apply to the registrar to cancel the registration
of the order.
(2) On receiving an application under this section, the
registrar must:
(a) cancel the registration of the order without delay, and
the cancellation takes effect immediately, and
(b) give the Commissioner
written notice of the cancellation.
(3) As soon as practicable after
receiving notice of the cancellation of the registration of an interstate
control order, the Commissioner must serve a copy of the notice of
cancellation personally on the respondent.
