27V Variation or revocation of interstate control order in jurisdiction where
originally made
(1) If an interstate control order is varied by a court in the jurisdiction in
which it was made:
(a) the variations to the order may be registered under
this Part in the same way as the interstate control order is registered,
whether the variations were made before or after registration of the
interstate control order, and
(b) the provisions of this Part apply
accordingly with all necessary modifications.
(2) Subsection (3) applies to a
registered interstate control order if:
(a) the order is revoked by a court in
the jurisdiction in which the order was made, and
(b) the registrar receives
notice of that revocation from an officer of that court or from the
Commissioner.
(3) On receiving notice of the revocation, the registrar must:
(a) cancel the registration of the order without delay, and the cancellation
takes effect immediately, and
(b) give the Commissioner written notice of
that cancellation.
(4) As soon as practicable after receiving notice of the
cancellation of the registration of an interstate control order, the
Commissioner must serve a copy of the notice personally on the respondent.
