27J Cancellation of registration of interstate declaration at request of
Commissioner
(1) The Commissioner may, at any time while an interstate declaration is
registered under this Part, apply to the registrar to cancel the registration
of the declaration.
(2) On receiving an application under this section, the
registrar must:
(a) cancel the registration of the declaration without delay,
and the cancellation takes effect immediately, and
(b) give the Commissioner
written notice of the cancellation.
