Definitions27A Definitions
In this Part:
"interstate control order" means an order made under a provision of a law of
another State or Territory that is prescribed by the regulations for the
purposes of this definition.
"interstate declaration" means a declaration made under a provision of a law
of another State or Territory that is prescribed by the regulations for the
purposes of this definition.
"registrar" means a person who is:
(a) appointed in accordance with section 120 of the Supreme Court Act 1970 , and
(b) nominated by the Principal Registrar of the Court for the purposes of this Part.
"respondent" means the organisation the subject of an interstate declaration or the person the subject of an interstate control order (as the case may be).
