(1) A person on whom notice of the making of an interim control order is
served under this Division may request the Court to hear the application for
the control order confirming the interim control order at an earlier date
determined by the Court than that specified in the notice.
(2) The Court must
hear the application for the control order as expeditiously as possible if
satisfied by the person concerned that, in the special circumstances of the
case, he or she will suffer undue hardship if the hearing of the application
for the control order is delayed.
