Interim control order ceases when final control order made or served
(1) An interim control order remains in force until: (a) it is revoked, or
(b) it ceases to have effect under subsection (2), or
(c) the application for
a control order confirming the interim control order is withdrawn or
dismissed,
whichever first occurs.
(2) If a control order is made confirming
an interim control order (whether with or without variation), the
interim control order ceases to have effect: (a) if the person to whom it
relates is present in court--when the control order is made, or
(b) in any
other case--when the person is served personally with a copy of the
control order.
