New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn this Act, except to the extent that the context or subject-matter otherwise
indicates or requires:
"Authority" means the Chipping Norton Lake Authority constituted by section 7.
"development area" means the land described in Schedule 1, as extended or
restricted under section 23.
"development works" means the works described in Schedule 2.
"public authority" means any public or local authority constituted by an Act
other than this Act.
