CHIPPING NORTON LAKE AUTHORITY ACT 1977 - SECT 23

23 Extension or restriction of development area

The Governor may, by notification published on the NSW legislation website, amend Schedule 1 to extend or restrict the development area whether or not all the land in the development area is, after the extension or restriction, contiguous land.
