Other duties to give notice
79 Other duties to give notice
(1) The regulations may require a person, or
a person of a specified class, to give notice to the Chief Inspector of the
commencement or discontinuation of operations or activities at a coal
operation that are prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The regulations may
prescribe the amount of notice to be given and the details that are required
to be contained in the notice.
(3) A person who is required to give notice
must comply with the regulations made under this section.
