Meaning of “high risk activity”
53 Meaning of “high risk activity”
(1) The regulations may prescribe an
activity as a
"high risk activity" to which this Subdivision applies.
(2) The regulations
may provide that an activity being carried out at the time that it is
prescribed as a high risk activity can continue without being subject to this
Subdivision.
