Contractor must be given copy of health and safety management system
43 Contractor must be given copy of health and safety management system
The
operator of a coal operation must ensure that a contractor does not commence
work at the coal operation unless the contractor has been provided with a copy
of the parts of the operator’s health and safety management system for the
place of work that are relevant to the contractor.
