New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf a person ceases to be the operator of a coal operation, that person must return to the colliery holder any information provided to the person under section 18 or otherwise obtained by the person in the course of exercising the functions of an operator prescribed by the regulations, whether or not updated by the operator. That information must be returned as soon as practicable after the person ceases to be the operator.
