CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES ACT 2003 - SECT 28
Approval of program
28 Approval of program
(1) An annual implementation program may be approved by the Minister with or
without alteration.
(2) The Minister may seek the advice of the
Natural Resources Commission on any program submitted to the Minister for
approval.
