New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere a provision of this Act provides that a member of a trust board or of a local authority who is in default is guilty of an offence, the reference to the member who is in default shall, with respect to the contravention to which that offence relates, be taken to be a reference to any member of the trust board or local authority (including a person who subsequently ceased to be a member of the board or authority) who is in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in or party to the contravention.
