Rights of commoners may be exercised only by persons whose names are entered on the commoners’ roll
12 Rights of commoners may be exercised only by persons whose names are
entered on the commoners’ roll
(1) A person is entitled to exercise the rights of a commoner in respect of a
common only if the person’s name is entered on the commoners’ roll for
that common.
(2) The rights that a commoner is entitled to exercise in
respect of a common are those conferred by: (a) this Act, and
(b) the by-law
relating to that common.
